  • Orders placed after 5pm or during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, and other unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Partners

  • We work with multiple carriers to fulfill your order including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your package.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or other restricted shipping locations. If we are unable to ship to your address, you will be notified promptly, and we will offer alternative solutions.
