Returns & Refund Policy

1. General Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on most items within 10 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

Non-returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom or personalized products (see section below)
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards or downloadable products
Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery


Return Process: If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us at info@sweetlysunkissedco.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.


    2. Custom and Personalized Items

    No Returns on Custom Orders: We regret that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom or personalized items, unless they are defective or damaged during shipping. Custom items include any products made to your specific order or requirements, including (but not limited to) engraved items, made-to-measure items, or products with personalized text or design.
    Defective or Damaged Custom Orders: If your custom order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receipt with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund, if applicable.

      3. Refunds

      Refund Processing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.
      Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
      Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in a used or damaged condition (beyond normal wear and tear), we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or refuse the return altogether.

        If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and the item being exchanged must meet the same criteria as outlined in our return policy.


        5. Cancellation Policy

        If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@sweetlysunkissedco.com. Orders can be canceled at no cost if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure.
